Our boutique bed & breakfast offers an intimate way to experience BLAS and the beautiful surrounding area. The atmospheric entrance to the bed & breakfast has views directly into the production side of the brewery and is the perfect place to unwind with a complimentary BLAS beer or cup of freshly ground coffee. The two spacious bedrooms are located on the first floor and are individually designed in our urban-meets-rural theme.
For those interested in understanding a little more about how we produce our beers, then we’re happy to show you around the brewery and explain the process. Do let us know in advance if this is of interest so we can find a suitable time – we are a production environment and things can get a little busy at knock-out when we’re getting ready to transfer our wort!

#CHECK-IN - CHECK-OUT
Our standard check-in time is between 3pm and 5pm on the day of arrival. In some instances, later check-in may be possible. Please let us know your exact travel plans in the reservation enquiry and we’ll do our best to meet your needs.
When checking in, ID (passport or other photographic ID) is required.
Check-out time: 11am.
Unfortunately, we are not able to extend our welcome to pets.

#KIDS RULE
Our bed & breakfast is a great choice for kids of all ages. We can provide a cot in both our rooms for parents travelling with a baby (make sure to request when booking!). For families, our junior suite has a mezzanine “den” with two single beds that is perfect for slightly older children.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the long Danish summer evenings “hanging-out” with a fresh BLAS beer in our large, enclosed garden area whilst the kids freely play.

#GO GREEN
Sustainability is at the core of our values, and we do what we can to minimise our environmental footprint.
Heating and hot water for the entire building comes from a network of almost 1000m of pipes that we’ve installed underneath the garden area. A portion of our electrical supply comes from solar panels installed on the roof of the outbuilding and all lighting is provided with low energy consumption bulbs.
Our beer and breakfast are 100% organic and we only purchase products with packaging that makes sense. Acknowledging that guests will likely have to drive to reach our destination, we’ve installed a charging point for the convenience of our guests with electrical vehicles.

For a surcharge, guests can have breakfast in our cosy south-facing conservatory or in the entrance area to the bed & breakfast overlooking the brewery. Breakfast is available up to 30 minutes prior to check-out time. Our breakfast is 100% organic and includes a selection of granolas & mueslis, dairy produce from Thise creamery, freshly baked sourdough bread, seasonal fruit & juices, and freshly brewed coffee.
Our breakfast follows the philosophy of our beers: simple combinations of the best ingredients to give a great sensory experience.
The surcharge for breakfast is as follows:

The bed & breakfast is situated on the edge of the Vejle Ådal with its extraordinary hiking routes and amazing views. Many local and internationally renowned attractions are also located close by such as Bindeballen Købmansgård (3km), Legoland/Legohouse (10km), Egtvedpigens Grav (12km), UNESCO Jelling (15km), Givskud Zoo (16km), and Vejle City (20km). We offer free parking at the brewery for all guests.
Unfortunately, due to the small size of our bed & breakfast, we do not have means to access the bedrooms for people with reduced mobility. In the event this prohibits you from staying with us, then we’re happy to advise on other suitable accommodations in the local area.
